Who's that again?

So, I'm finally cleaning up the other room so my parents don't have to jump over boxes when they visit, and I find the box that I'd packed the cards from the wedding. Now, Andy's been after me to throw them away since we started moving. (He hates hanging on to sentimental things, like cards, but he's such a pack rat when it comes EVERYTHING else - those notebooks from high school? the extra Brita pitcher? the four army canteens that you don't use? Keep them! We might need them "someday." But, I digress...)

So, as I'm sorting through the cards so I can keep the ones that people actually wrote something in, I find one that I don't recognize. In addition to Hallmark's "happy-ever-after," they've written, "Best wishes for a happy future together. David, Sandy, Douglas, John."

David, Sandy, Douglas, John?! Who are these people? I went back through our guest list/RSVPs on the computer - no sign of their names. We had a relatively small wedding (150 people), and I honestly don't remember anyone being there that either one of us didn't recognize (or have introduced by one of the 'rents). Now, I'm having a guilty moment... if there's a card, was there a check? And if I don't know who they are (or have them in the guest database) - how could I have written a thank-you note?

I can't wait for Andy to come home... maybe he can sort this out for me! But how weird is this?
