So much to do!

Somehow, my to-do list for today just exploded! We're leaving right after Andy gets home from work tonight, so I need to have everything ready to go and packed up by 3:30ish. I need to do the dishes, run the sweeper, wipe down the bathroom, finish packing for Andy, start packing my clothes (after I figure out what I'm wearing to Christmas Eve service!), clean out the fridge (no, I didn't do that the other day, like I planned...), pack food for the drive back, and load up the car.
Oh, and I also just saw a couple job openings that sound interesting, so I'd like to get my resume in on those before the holiday break. I'm hoping that's a good strategy - I think if I sent them in over the weekend, they'd just pile up in the recruiter's inbox with the rest of the holiday e-mail. Maybe this way, they'll get noticed. Of course, that means writing two cover letters today - which is always my least favorite part of this whole process. But, if I want a job, which I do, then I need to do it.
I guess I shouldn't go back to bed this morning... I'd better get to work!
Oh, and since we won't be back until January: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Everyone!
