Things have been a little crazy lately, to say the least. We put an offer in on a house, and the owners accepted it without even countering. We had the inspection last night, and everything was "satisfactory." I kind of wish the inspector had been a little pickier, but I still think everything will work out OK. We met with the mortgage broker Monday, and we're meeting with the insurance agent tonight. I feel like we haven't been home for an evening in ages! If all goes well, we should close at the end of the month. We're about to be homeowners, yikes!
