Thanksgiving was really, really good. Crazy busy, but good. We saw both sides of Andy's family, and my dad's side of the family. We stayed with my parents, which meant we got some time to catch up with them. And, I had my day with my girlfriend, painting pottery. (I'm not so sure that my plate is going to turn out well - the pottery place had our table reserved for someone else after just 2 hours, so I had to rush to finish it. We'll see when Kim picks it up.) The weekend wrapped up with the football game on Sunday. Thanks to some family connections of a friend of mine, we got field passes for before the game, which meant we got to go on the field while everyone was warming up - very cool! (Peyton Manning is HUGE in real life, and it was really cool to see all of my Browns up close.) We also got some great pictures - yay!
Now that we're back in Wisconsin, I've got to buckle down and get some Christmas projects done. We finally found a place to get a tree, so we'll do that first thing Saturday. I'll get the rest of the decorations up this week, and then dive into my Christmas cards and cookie baking. It's going to be a crazy few weeks!
