Seriously, it was. It got all puffy while baking, slid down the edges of the pan, and took FOREVER (nearly 30 minutes for an empty shell) to bake. Then, when we went to eat the pie, it was almost too hard to cut, too hard to chew, and had NO flavor. So

It's funny - even though I'm still not employed (that's a whole other story...!), I still really look forward to Friday. Maybe it's because the weekend means that I get to hang out and have fun with Andy, or maybe it's the lingering effects of working.
