So, I went for that third "interview" this morning, and the guy offered me the job. Description-wise, it fits where I should be at this point in time. It's not a pay increase, in fact, it's a little bit of a cut from where I was when I left my old job

Being patient has never been my thing. So, it's no surprise that after 3+ months of looking, I'm getting a little frustrated with my job search. I don't want to settle for just any job; I want one that I love - and that fits into my long-term career plan.
