My house! :)

Okay, I know I'm obsessing but.....

This is a pic of the little house that I have fallen so in love with.  Please note that this pic does the house and the property abolutely NO justice.  When you see it in person it's soooooo friggin' cute! It's much more secluded then the pic makes it seem. The car port actually looks adorable in person, which surprised me, because when I saw the picture the first thing I said was "oh the car port has to be torn down".

 I LOVE IT!!!! :)  I desperatley want it.

It has: 

 -1 acre of land surronded by either trees or farm fields.

-large natural pond in back yard beside garden shed that matched the house.

-Wrap around porch (SOOOOOOO important to me)

-It's in farm country so it's a VERY peaceful and beautiful area

-3 bedrooms and the master is pretty big!

-1 bathroom (the ONLY thing I don't like about the house)

-a GREAT kitchen with the most adorable counter tops

-a wood stove in the bright living room

Love the wrap around porch. It's cute. Reminds me a little of mine, but we have dormers on the second story. The 1 bath would be a no for me though. The thought of having to share the same bath as my children makes me cringe. I like the country feel too!

The thing about the 1 bath and that house being a 2 story is this: with a little cost (but to would be worth it in the end) you can run the pipes to a new bathroom) if the bathroom is on the main level, just run it directly above it upstairs or visa versa if the bathroom is upstairs. yes it would cost...but wouldn't have to be done until uoi have kids and can be saved for over time (and you can do a lot of it DIY) that's what I'd do...

But I love the house....very much so my taste too...so of course I'd advise ya to get it!lol

Nice house...so not what I was expecting for a TO house. I was expecting a cookiecuter house with zero lot. But this is much better...good luck!

This house is just under an hour and a half north of TO.  We currently live 50 minutes north.  What you described is exactly what you would find in the city proper.

awww.... really cute! Mrs S has some great advice for the bathroom situation (DIY is what homeowning is all about right?) and I LOVE the wrap around porch!  sooo cute! you could get some comfy chairs and watch the world go by!!!! AWSOME! definately a place you can enjoy!

My husband and I have been married since August of 2006 and it has been pretty awesome. Now that we're coming up to our 2nd anniversary, lots has changed. We're currently searching for our first home and talking about babies... and it's all very exciting and even a little scary. I'm a lucky person because I got to marry my absolute best friend and we're having a blast!
