Yes, they do. My husband and I were in Hawaii last year and I booked us massages at the hotel spa and "added" a facial to his massage. Needless to say he loved it although I am forbidden to tell anyone LOL....So just tell him he is getting a massage

I have gotten my husband to have a facial a few times -- I think the reason he went back is because even his brother commented on how good his skin looked! The time he went, it was a deal that we had made between the two of us. I got to have a "girls day" -- where we went and had pedicures and facials done, and he had a "boys day" were we went to a baseball game and hung out at a bar afterwards. Both of us had fun sharing in what we liked to do.
