Ruby visits the Big Apple for Easter

Ruby had a great time in New York City over the weekend. She spent some much needed time with her Uncle Chad, rode the subway, had her first swing at the park, discovered what a cat is, received her first serenade from a mariachi singer, and met a new friend (cute little Iris who is 8 months old). Whew, Ruby was on the go!
I'm happy that we took the trip and she experienced so many new things. When she gets older it will be fun to say “you went there when you were just a baby”.
She had a rough time on the flight, though. She screamed the entire flight there and the entire flight back and she has a rough time adjusting to all the new things, new places, and new people. But all in all she did very well.
