Why is it so hard to make a decision?

I have been so flakey lately when it comes to making a decision. I am not really happy about the house we live in because it is so far away from everything. (Far from work, friends, family, grocery store, parks, sidewalks, etc). But when I talk to my husband about it, I start to get wishy washy. It's like I start weighing the pro's and con's and it's a tie, so I don't know what to do. What do you do when you try to make an informed decision about something but the pro's and con's equal each other?
