Ruby's first haircut

I'm surprised that we managed to wait this long. Ruby is 22 months now and her hair is always in her eyes. Whenever I sneak a barett in her hair she discovers it, pulls it out and eats it, so it was time to finally cut the hair out of her eyes.
We really wanted LeAnn to be the first person to cut her hair. Afterall, she did my hair for my wedding (an excellent job I might add) and she is Ruby's Aunt. Anyway, she did a great job and there was even a tiny bit to save for Ruby's scrapbook.
That same weekend Chad was in town and we all played at the park, went to the circus, traveled to see mom and played at the park of roses. Ruby even managed to brush Chad's teeth one evening.
Since his departure yesterday, Ruby has been wandering around the house asking “Ton? Ton?” (This is her word for Uncle Chad.) She misses him and so do we.
