Chad is Back in Afghanistan

For those of you that have been following my brothers travels to Afghanistan, he has returned back today and will stay until December 6th. This time he has company, a writer for the magazine that is sending him over. I told him this time to make sure they stamp the passport with the correct date. I’m a little worried about him, but I know this is exactly what he wants and he loves doing it. Over the weekend, Randy, Ruby and I just puttered around the house, getting some chores done. We raked leaves, washed a binful of Ruby’s baby clothes (which will now be the new baby’s clothes) and rearranged our basement in a feeble attempt to make it seem like a home theater room. (The outdoor lawn furniture really doesn’t help). I’ll post pictures as soon as get them uploaded from the camera.
