1 cm Dilated, 75% effaced

Well, the doctor appointment yesterday went great. I am already 1 cm dilated and 75% effaced. I'm still hoping to hold on to this little one until after Christmas. My blood pressure is good and everything else is progressing well. Today is my last day at work until March 22nd. I'm so glad because I'm starting to feel a lot slower these days. (and BIGGER). Today is also Ruby's last day of daycare. She is going to stay home with me and the baby. (Now I just hope I have enough energy to entertain her) I know she will miss all the teachers and kids at school. She really loves going to school.
Chad is in town now and will be here until Christmas Eve. He has been entertaining Ruby and she has had a blast with him. I think she will be very sad to see him go.
