Stressful Weekend

Well, our weekend started out a little stressful on Friday when Randy was trying to get the limo inspected. (he is attempting to get a permit to pick up and drop off at the airport). It didn't pass for a couple of minor things, but after Randy left the service garage there was something wrong with one of the shocks. (a little fishy if you ask me). Then Saturday after repairing the things on the list, another service garage damaged the vehicle. Of course they claimed they didn't. So now Randy has a whole new set of worries about the limo.
Saturday night we had dinner with Todd, Rachel, Elyssa and Scott. We went walking around afterward to enjoy the nice weather. It was a little late for Ruby and she was extra rambunctious. Just trying to keep her from running out into traffic was a workout.
Then Sunday morning we all headed out to have our pictures taken professionally by Erin Johnson. I'm looking forward to seeing the proofs because poor little Violet wouldn't even crack a smile. I even tried to take a picture of her later but she wouldn't really smile for me either.
When we got home all I wanted to do was take a nap and it was only noon. We decided that it was a "chicken nugget" kinda day and got take out for lunch. Hopefully next weekend will be a little more relaxed. Although I think we planned to do a little remodeling in our bathroom downstairs.
