Mother's Day Weekend

On Saturday we met our friends, Todd and Rachel and their baby at the park. This is Rachel's first Mother's Day and she was so cute with Elyssa. Randy had to work so I was glad that Todd was able to run after Ruby a few times. Rachel was kind enough to sit with Violet while I ran after Ruby too. I guess I'm glad that Violet and Ruby are so close in age, but right now it's a lot of work.
Then Sunday we drove down to visit my mom while Randy went up to visit his grandma. I was greeted in the morning with Mother's Day cards and chocolate. I decided I would have chocolate and pepsi for breakfast. It was the best Mother's Day!
Today, Violet gets to go to the doctor for her 4 month checkup. I'll let you know how much she's grown.
