Violet is 6 months old

Well, today was Violet's 6 month check up. (Technically she was 6 months old on the 7th) and it was also Ruby's first day at preschool. She will be going 4 hours a week at a local drop in preschool. This gave me the chance to take Violet to the doctor and get a couple things done around the house, including posting our 4th of July photos. (yes, I am that behind. But at least I'm taking photos, right?) Anyway, Violet was 16 pounds 3 ounces and 25.75 inches long and she is also sitting up now. She still needs lots of practice but I counted to at least 20 last night while she was sitting.
