As we journey through our new life together as husband and wife in Christ, I'll use this space to detail some of our happenings every now and again. It'll be so neat to look back on this to see how much we have grown together!

So I felt fine while lying in bed this morning, but as soon as I stood up, I thought I was going to toss my cookies.  I still went to work because I just don't like sickness to overcome me, but I still wasn't feeling up to par.  I wound up feeling a little better throughout the day, but I'm still not at 100%.  What the heck is going on?

It's a good thing I went in, however.  Two people already had PTO for the day, one called in sick and another was a no-call no-show.  We're kind of worried about her (the no-show).  It's just so strange she wouldn't even call or answer her cell phone.  So yeah.

I had planned to tell my boss today that this will be my last month there, but I just couldn't do it with how I was feeling plus the stress it put her under.  Maybe tomorrow, then.  We'll see.

We're still anxiously awaiting his biometrics appointment.  USCIS finally updated his case status online, but this waiting game kind of stinks.  We're expecting he'll receive his green card sometime in January and his work permit earlier, but who knows with them anymore?  Checking the mail is like watching out for Santa, though.  XD

Again, I am really thankful for and blessed by the changes marriage has brought with it.  We truly are each other's other half, and I love that.  I still just can't believe we finally made it to this point!  It's amazing to think of where our new life together is going to lead us: so, so amazing.  I am still just in awe of God's grace in bringing us together!

Anyway, I think I want to go take a shower and then get some spaghetti going.  Mm, that sounds good.
