Sick Day

I've been slowly getting sick for a couple weeks, still not fully there yet, but I took a day off anyhow. Head is just feeling cloudy so when I'm working I just don't have the energy to get it all done. I had a ton of stuff to get done that I didn't get done this weekend because I was hardly home, so today was good I just wish I was able to either get more done or actually have rested. I got my passport picture taken and sent off so I'll be all set for the Christmas Caribbean Cruise, that was a big check, and i got some plastic canvas and stuff for this engineering project that was due today. I had some woodworking stuff to do for it too, (I'm building a couple test houses (sugar cube/brick house and a bass wood/wood frame house) for an earthquake engineering class), but I left my saw at school so I wasn't able to finish that part. Oh well, tomorrow after school I'll finish it up and turn in the report a little late. What can you do?
hehehe I was so mean today. DH was home sick yesterday, wicked congested, but since I had so much to get done today here at home (I also got the whole house cleaned, just some organizing left to do in the dining room!) and I needed to focus so I made him go to work after sleeping in late. I'm a bit of hipocrit, but I sent him to work (after letting him sleep in late) even though he wasn't a 100%. He just tends not to push himself, and you should rest when your sick, but he milks it. I was right though, because he's got a ton of work going on, and since he slept in, he was feeling okay and got a lot of it done.
