Boss' day

It's Boss' Day! I wonder what my DH will get for me? HAHAHA! Just kidding, but maybe I should buy him a card. He can be awfully bossy at times. lol
Back to work after my long weekend and I felt refreshed and ready to change the world! Okay, maybe that's an exaggeration, but the day went by at a nice pace and I was able to focus and get things accomplished. We did buy flowers/chocolate for the boss and she shared the chocolate, so who am I to complain about getting paid while I munch on a chocolate-covered pretzel? Except that I wish I was shopping on Ebay while scarfing down chocolate AND getting paid. Just read that blog about Ebay and it had me thinking that I absolutely looooove Ebay and haven't shopped on there for a while. (Thanks for the reminder...pay day is coming up!) I too have made many Ebay purchases - Coach purse, Longaberger, designer work clothes, gifts, doxie fabric bags, doxie clothing...I could go on and on!
I've sold a few items on Ebay too and it's not at all complicated (if I can figure it out, ANYONE can!). It was exciting to see who was watching my stuff and the bids come in and equally depressing when an item didn't sell, but all in all - I made more money on items than I would have by having a yard sale and this is one instance where the buyer paying shipping is a good thing! I didn't get all Ebay Power Seller or anything but it's nice to know that I can make something available to the world rather than just my neighborhood.
Well, the talk is tempting and if I was free - I'd go 'monitor shop' (window shopping online?) but my daughter is expecting my happy greeting face as she descends from the bus after tennis play off game today. So - I better get going.
She deserves #1 boss of the year (at least according to her way of thinking!). I better get moving or else! haha
