Nest Inspection

Time to be mother hen and inspect the new little nest my daughter chose as her first place. She's asked me to meet her/her boyfriend at their soon to be new nest after work while they sign a lease and put down a deposit. Then she'll be flying the nest & be on her own in 14 days. They've been very mature and smart since their decision & I'm proud. I'm sad and emotional, but there's no stopping her so I'm trying to be understanding and won't make her feel guilty or see me upset. She's not moving because of rebellion, she's just ready to give being grown up a shot.
They've chosen a duplex (2 bedrooms). Great price. One of the better "city" neighborhoods. 2 doors down from a Living Waters church. A couple of blocks from the hospital. Probably only 5 mi. away from our house, 3-4 from my work. So, I can still see her often and I'm sure I will for dinners and laundry. See. She still needs me, right?
I hope I don't burst out in sobs in front of her landlord! haha I won't. But I know that in the car on my way home, I'll be fighting back tears.
