DH's words of wisdom for the day:  "The best is yet to come.  If it was already here, it'd all be downhill."  His answer to my whining.  But..hey - I'm PMS hormonally challenged! I can't help myself!  Then my pouty face was banished from the kitchen & here I am. 

So, time to snap myself out of it & be positive!  Because he's VERY wise.  He is old!  lol  Other words of wisdom from DH:  "The early bird may get the worm, but the 2nd mouse gets the cheese!"  Very true words.  (Something to keep in mind when arriving late to work!)

Niski's allowed to be in the presence of Iron Chef in the kitchen...little beggar at his feet!

In other news:  My new business will be ready to take off in about another month, so I have some marketing and other assignments to work on.  Looking at the big picture - I'll be in a much better state of mind when I'm working from the comfort of my own home doing something I enjoy!  YAY!  

If only I could keep my always wandering mind on track!  Confused

Okay...I'm still messin' around instead.  Here's my daughter, Bri with her boyfriend: 

 

I know.  Stop stalling.  Brainstorming to be done!

GRRRRRR!  I HATE that my pictures always disappear.  Perhaps it's my photo site.  I'm switching!  I currently use kodakgallery.com.  Any recommendations?  flickr?  snapfish?  photobucket?

I use Snapfish.

When I post photos though, I take them from an account I have with www.simplesite.com where I have my own webpage (no ads) for a yearly fee.

My husband calls me Mittens. I adore my husband, girls (19 & 16), our dapple doxie, Niski and spending time with family. I love the D&R board - you can usually find me there. It's a good thing I love D&R since we bought an old farmhouse last year that needs a complete cosmetic makeover. I love decorating & rearrange the furniture every time I clean. Yes, nearly once a week! I also love all things pink & girly. I'm an entrepreneur (wanna-be supermodel, actress, writer and princess - but my wanna-be status changes frequently). I love to blog. :)
