Nestie Couple of the Week

Posted Wednesday, May 30, 2007 8:14 AM

Not such a good thing.  I got a text message last night from someone who saw me and Chris shown as Nesties of the Week.  I had mentioned him a few blogs ago, and he asked that I not mention him in blogs.  I'm not upset he read my blog.  One thing I'm most proud of myself is that I don't say anything behind someone's back that I wouldn't say to their face.  So I'm not ashamed of anything I write.  They are my thoughts and I'm entitled to them.  However, I do mention being off birth control, and that really worries me.  We haven't told anyone we're thinking about having kids soon, and I would be devastated if someone we know found out.  I know most people in my life don't surf the web, let alone The Nest.  But I've realized now that there is always someone who knows someone, and our secret could get out.  Chris would be so upset, and I'd feel so terrible.

re: Nestie Couple of the Week

Hey sweetie!! I saw that you guys were nest couple of the week, how exciting!! Yeah, I completly agree with you... i joined this thing so that I could talk to people and get unbaised opinions and feedback on here. I'm not on here to talk bad about anyone but i want to see if others see my point of view or if i'm completly wrong and need to check myself! A week or two ago my blog was the one highlighted on the email that is sent out weekly..... it kinda freaked me out at first but then I reassured myself that most of the people that would make a big deal out of it aren't on the web often and def arent' playing around on the nest.

re: Nestie Couple of the Week

I like your names - Regina is after my mother who passed when I was 19.  I like Boston - it is different and I think G-Unit is too funny - We liked Olivia but my sister in law named her 6th child that.  I wanted something different with my names as well - my husband name is John and we do not want a junior - that is just too common of a name.  My mother in law hates every name I pick - she cannot even say Carter because my inlaws are from Ireland and they have accents - it is too funny.
