Boo. Spotting.

Boo hoo, I just started spotting.  So I guess Mr. Scary Haunted Trail Man was wrong, and so was I (because deep down I really thought this was going to be it for so many reasons)  ...  but it looks like I will be starting my period soon.  I guess I'm slightly more upset than I thought I would be.  I just really wanted a July baby because no one else in my family has a July birthday, and Chris's grandpa who he was really close to, was born in July.  Oh well, end of pity party.

You guys are doing exactly what we're doing... trying to plan it around birthday's and during a month that nothing is. I thought we were the only ones doing that... my husband kinda thinks its silly, but oh well..you have to plan all this just right! My biggest thing was telling the family when we were there for the Holidays. I dont want to make a special trip to Fl just to tell them later on in the yr and I really dont want to tell them all over the phone... guess they'll be getting a post card. Since we're going for Thanksgiving and that's when I'm suppose to be O  - we've missed the boat for this visit and if we do make it , we willnt know until its too late. Blah... I never would have thought that so much planning would go into all of this.

re: Boo. Spotting.

Yeah, by dumb luck, my sister's FOUR kids all have different birthday months than my mom, dad, brother, sister, me, and my husband.  None of us share.  So July and December are the only two months left, and I certainly don't want a December baby (colds, sharing with Christmas, snow).  But looks like July is out.  I'll take any month, don't get me wrong, but if I could PICK, I'd certainly choose wisely.

re: Boo. Spotting.

You are so not alone wanting to plan for their birthday. Our family actually likes to plan around birthday's because we like to celebrate together. : ) Our niece was just born three days after DH's birthday and he was so excited because until she was born he had no one to celebrate with. : ) I actually always thought having a baby around Christmas would be fun, because of the fact that it's Christmas and the snow. Haha!

re: Boo. Spotting.

I am sorry you got AF - I thought this was your month - I am still waiting on mine - but of course I took a HPT and got a BFN - I hate that.  Hopefully next month will be your month.
