So my dad. We talk, I keep in touch. I'm the only one of the three of us who talks to him. I do it more out of pity than anything else. He's not a good man, and my brother and sister have just stopped all together trying to salvage any sort of relationship.

1. Our house is 816 sq. feet. Small. However Chris did finish our basement so we do have more sq. footage then when we first bought the house. 2. Two bedrooms. One bathroom. Since finishing the basement, we do now have a half bath downstairs. 3. Bad neighborhood.
