Dresses, Bridesmaids and more

The weekend has come and gone. I was sooo excited for this weekend to get here. My twin sis flew in from Jersey and straight from the airport, we went to David's Bridal to try on one certain dress that they didn't have at the other David's Bridal. It was really pretty but not the one, not prettier than the Maggie Coco. So we went back home and decided to pick up with the shopping on Saturday.

Me, my twin, Claudia and Karina went to Lily's Bridal on Saturday morning. I chose 3 dresses to try. One of them I think was Sandrina. It's mermaid silhouette, and had really pretty beading on the side, but just not it. Next I tried on the Coco (for my second time) and it was just as beautiful as I last remembered! But I didn't get that feeling, like OMG this is the ONE! I didn't cry or anything. But I loved the way it looked on me and stared at myself for awhile. Everyone also loved the dress. My twin said it was her favorite (yeah she's seen me in 3 dresses but whatever). No one cried, but Karina said I was glowing. I didn't buy the dress just yet. I'm gonna keep looking, try on at least 10 or so more dresses. I have already tried on 25-30 dresses.

We were so hungry after less than an hour of shopping so we had lunch. After we finished eating, I presented each of the girls with the "Will You Be My Bridesmaid" cards. My sister started crying. Everyone said yes and loved the cards. I will have to put some pics in my bio. Karina and Claudia told me later that their moms saw the cards and loved them, too.

After that I didn't feel like dress shopping anymore. We went to the mall, then home to nap. That night we celebrated Claudia's birthday.

On Sunday, FI and I went to a bridal show. It was fairly small with maybe 20-30 vendors so we didn't stay entertained for long. We ended up going to Macy's where I found a sexy red dress to wear for epics. Yay!!

Up next, we have a meeting with a DJ on Tuesday, which I am excited about. I'm also planning to do more dress shopping on Tuesday and maybe Wednesday.
