And on a brighter note...

Yesterday FI and I met with a TA. We already had a pretty good idea about where we wanted to go (St. Lucia), but it was really helpful because the TA was telling us about a bunch of different hotels and things to do. I already had my heart set on Sandals, and this really is the best place for us. We like the fact that it seems very social and full of things to do.

We also decided on which Sandals, because there are 3 in St. Lucia. We went for the Grande. They have this awesome room category that I would love to stay in. It's the swim-up lagoon room. How many times would you be able to say "Yeah I stepped out of my hotel room and swam down the lagoon." That is freaking awesome, definitely taking lots of pictures.

We also decided to go for 6 nights. We figured we might as well, so we can do everything we want, bc FI and I don't think we'll be going back to St. Lucia... or at least not anytime in the near future. Some of the excursions we would love to do are horseback riding, the zipline, and some other type of tour where we can see the town and the volcano and such. FI and I have never gone scuba diving or snorkeling, even though we live in Florida. So we are thinking about getting certified to go scuba diving. And then of course, we need time for massages, beach and pool time, and of course sexy time. LoL

I am so excited! I cannot wait. We didn't book yet because we still have almost a year but we will probably book soon.
