Return of the prodigal bridesmaid

As I was writing a blog post, I thought to myself that I should just call my missing bridesmaid and, lo and behold, she answered... so, she is no longer missing. And she did, in fact, reserve a block of rooms for us... would have been nice to know in April, but hey, she's still alive AND she did what I asked her... she just forgot that she never told me... lol.. that girl... all I can do is laugh...
My MOH picked her dress out this weekend, but she needs $$ to order it (which she should have later this week). Another of my bridesmaids told me she bought her dress, she didn't order a fancy one she just bought a nice one... that's fine with me, I tried to get that message to my MOH, but I get the feeling she wanted to buy a fancy/expensive dress... I just told them to get whatever makes them happy.
My mom designed our invite, it looks nice (well, I wrote a poem that's on the cover) now we just have to get them printed and mailed. My mom priced out all these companies that print them, but honestly, I just want to go to Office Depot or whatever and get it over with (I suppose that could end up bitting me in the ass since I haven't priced Office Depot printing prices... although I do have a friend (our officiant actually) who works in the copy center of an Office Depot.... I may have to speak with him.
I saw one of my bridesmaids yesterday and she reminded me there are only two months until the wedding. Damn, that doesn't seem like a lot of time, but I have been very calm recently... I hope I can keep that up until the wedding...
