Every time I pay a bill, I round up the amount I deposit to cover the check. Like if the cable bill is $125.32, I deposit $130 in the bank. I do this for every bill category. I have it rounded up in my budget spreadsheet as well, so I don't lose money

Well, the month of September went well and we’re not mid-way through October. We stuck pretty closely to our budget last month, although we had some unplanned spending to juggle. I have gotten really good at coming in under budget in the gas and groceries
