I ran the HBC Race for Canadian Athletes 10k today! My first 10k and I did awesome! I ran with my friends Sharon and Elaine. Sharon runs 10k on a regular basis and Elain has run 4(!) marathons. I thought for sure they'd leave me behind around 3 or 4k
