Interview with Jennicap

I love going to different blogs and reading stories and tales about other people and there lives.  One of my favorite blogs is 24/7( http://24hours7daysaweek.blogspot.com/ ) she's a friend and fellow CT Nestie.  Her daughter, The Boss and she's a wonderful writter, much better than me!

1. What is the first thing that attracted you to your husband?

My husband and I met through a mutal friend.  He went to high school with my old roommate and was sitting on my couch one night.  I thought he was cute immediately but then after we all decided to go out for a drink and play pool, he said "I'm going to talk to you all night b/c I think your cute" It was the cornyest line I have ever heard and thought he was such a cutie!  So we went out and had a great time, he did woo-woo shots with me at the bar and we kissed by the bathrooms.  It was wonderful, then we went home and we sat up all night and talked about everything, we had so much in common and he made me laugh so much!   It was all of that rolled up together that attracted me to him.... I was only 22 I wasn't looking for a husband I just happened to find one!

2. What's the first name of your mother's mother's mother?

My mother's mother's mother... you know what I do not know, though I do know her maiden and married name.  My great grandmother was born in the late 1800's and passed away in the early 70's, I believe my sister was just a baby so that would be '73.  Her maiden name was Rekas and her married name was Gilinoski.  She was born in a small town just outside Warsaw, Poland and we still have family there.  I will ask my mom what her first name was and get back to you.

3. Which reality television show would you most like to be a cast member of?

You know orginally, I answered this question completely wrong!  I thought it was which show do you want to be on!  My answer is completely different! I want to be on one of those home shows on either TLC or HGTV!   I love designing rooms, you should see my sims houses!  I love building new homes and decorating the rooms, screw playing the people, CTRL, SHIFT, C and the word "kaching" gives me 1K everytime I hit the enter button so my people really don't even need jobs.  I think I'd be really good just like in real life!

4. How did you decide you were ready to become a parent?

Wow tough question!  I really don't have an answer for this.  I truely believe that some people who are parents shouldn't be and there are some people that aren't parents that would make really great ones!  I've always know I wanted to be a parent, it's never been a question to me.  I have always wanted to be pregnant, have a few babies and help them grow into wonderful adults.  Personally for DH & I, I think we're just ready, I'm now 30 and he turns 34 this year... we just decided it's time, we're hoping that if I chart for a few months we can get pregnant on our first cycle and have a May 2008 baby.

5. You inherit 5 million dollars the same day aliens land and say they're going to blow up the world in two days... what do you do? (Extra points if you can identify the original source of this question)

wow not even 8am (as I type this) and already I'm answering a lunchtime poll.  I must admit I just watched this movie last weekend, it is an favorite but I don't know it word for word like I know others...
Well Heather, if I had 2 days to spend 5 million dollars I would go shopping.  Seriously I never really spend that much money on myself.  I will spend whatever is needed on everyone else, my on myself not so much.  I would take my family out shopping, if the world is going to end we might as well enjoy the last few days of it.  Or I GUESS I could try and bribe the aliens to NOT blow up the earth... but that's not much fun.
