oh boy! oh boy!

i am super excited!  last month, i paid off one of my two credit cards.  now, i only have one more payment before i am credit card debt free!  i am so proud of myself!  i don't know that many 30 year olds that can claim that they have no credit card debt....the only thing outstanding left is school loan debt, but that is the kind of debt that i can live with.  i paid off my car last year, which was a great feeling too!  it is nice to know that i will be starting a new life and adventure in a new country with no lingering debt from america!  now, we have to work on dh! Big Smile

Yay!!  Me too.  I paid off my car in January and my credit at the end of last year.  All I have is my school loan (which, by the way, is HUGE) and the house payment (even huger).  My husband still has his car loan for a few more months and about $2000 on credit, but I feel so relieved to be doing something about it.  Good for you!

Congrats! I am working towards that and get discouraged because it seems like its never going to happen... but reading stories like this gives me hope! Keep up the good work!
