tomorrow i have my consultation for laser eye surgery.  i have been wanting to do this for a long, long time.  i just never had the money to do it.  not that i have all the money for it now...DH's insurance partially covers it!  so, i think that this is a good time to at least consider this.  i would love to wake up in the morning and see clearly!  i have been wearing glasses/contacts since i was in 8th grade.  and since we are moving to the windiest city on the planet, it might be nice not to get dry eyes with contacts.  so, tomorrow, i will have a full eye exam, and see if i am a good candidate to get my eyes zapped!  i hope this happens sooner rather than later!

other than that...same sh!t, different day.  working, working, working.  i am working all weekend this time around.  boo hoo!  oh well.  that's the life that i chose, i suppose.  and the thing is, i love my job(s).  i know i may b!tch and moan like the best of 'em about having to get up and go to work, but once i am there, i genuinely enjoy what i do.  that is a good thing.

we were hoping to go to germany this summer...but i don't think that i will be going.  i think DH will go, since there is a concert that he wants to go to there.  and logistically, i just don't think that i will be going.  but i am okay with that b/c i think i will stay more local, and visit a couple friends in seattle and chicago.  so, i guess things will work themselves out for the best!

i have been having stomach issues lately.  i always have had a sensitive stomach--issues with lactose intolerance and stuff like that.  but good lord, i don't think that i should be having such belly problems...i am having to medicate almost nightly to help my gut.  seriously, i feel like an old lady.  sorry, tmi!

back to bad tv, and enjoying my half day off!
