Ok, so last night I go to check our little "fun money cash" envelope and there is $20 less than I thought should be in there. I start freaking out, getting all mad at DH because I thought he took it without telling me. Luckily he was still at work and by the time he got home the whiskey cocktail I had made myself had kicked in so I wasn't mad anymore and completely forgot about it until this morning. So we're both getting ready for work and I ask that he tell me when he takes money out of the envelope. He was like: "ok, but I didn't take any out." Hmmm.... Oh yea, I did, on Sunday for my $20 of lunch/coffee/happy hour for the next 2 weeks. Luckily I didn't flat out accuse him of taking the money cause then I would have felt like even more of an a$$ than I do now. Embarrassed

Oh and we found out last night that his parents are treating us to a vacation for our 1st anniversary. We're going to Pebble Beach, which my little golfer of a DH is super happy about. I'm looking forward to the spa myself. And the IL's will be there because FIL is retiring, so it's a special trip for all of us. I'm pretty excited. Big Smile

How nice of your parents to do that! That sounds like fun. Isn't it funny how you can be so mad about something and forget it hours later. I do that all the time. By the time I remember, I'm not mad anymore.
