Why am I so tired

I have been exhausted all day today. I slept in, we took the girls to the dog park, and then I slept for about 3 or 4 hours. I have no idea what is going on. I was all pumped up this morning to get my cleaning projects out of the way and then I get home and just sleep. I don't get it. I don't think I've been like this before AF before. But then again, I don't know if I'm just still a little depressed today or AF is reason. I'm usually not this tired all the time. I know it's going to bother Chris because I haven't done anything yet that I've been meaning to do. And he's going to come home and be like "so what did you do today?" and then he's going to get all pissy with me because I haven't done anything. So I probably shouldn't be blogging right now, I should be making some coffee and getting my butt off the couch. Maybe I still have time to be productive today. I'm going to give it a shot I suppose.
