Mother Nature sucks... AF finally came yesterday and is kicking my a$$. Cramps  seriously had me doubled over yesterday.  Not fun. Today isn't much better either. I have a headache that won't go away and I feel physically ill. Upset stomach, nausea, and cramps are not a good combination.
