What a rip...we waited four years, just to see basketball and volleyball being played every time we turned on the tv....either that or synchronized swimming. We had been watching the Olympics every night, all excited through the swimming and beach volley

We had a pretty good weekend, and we didn't have to go anywhere or have anyone visit! I was supposed to work Saturday, but got to be on call which was good because I was supposed to make food for my friend's bridal shower Sunday. Those dang tea sandwiches

I survived the weekend trip to B-lo. We got some Duff's wings (finally real wings!) and hit up Taste of Buffalo. The baby shower was nice too. I was afraid someone might start asking me about the baby time line, since it's been brought up in this group

Funny "hehe", not funny "haha". Tomorrow we are driving 6 hours to Buffalo, for a baby shower on Saturday...for the couple we know who lives one hour from us. That's funny right?...in the totally ironic, "that's a teensy bit out of our way", sort of way.
