I've been MIA...

I can't believe I haven't posted a blog entry since last month. Life has truly been hectic lately and I've been completely swamped at work so I've been somewhat MIA over the past few weeks.

As you've probably guessed by now, I'm not pregnant. Sorry that my last post kept everyone in suspense...haha! AF ended up being about a week late and then was more painful than anything I could have ever imagined once she finally showed. As much as I didn't want to, I had let myself get my hopes a bit through the whole ordeal but as it turns out, it's probably best that I'm not pregnant right now. I've been so stressed out lately and that certainly wouldn't be healthy for a baby.

We're still doing the "we're not TTC, but not TTA" strategy for now and for once, I think I'm actually really content with that. This may turn out to be a long, hard journey to parenthood for us but as long as I'm on that journey with Mike, I think I'm ready for the challenge.
