Ahhhh....the joys of having the house all to myself.

Mike left yesturday morning for Jamboree in the Hills (his yearly boys weekend) and as much as I'm going to miss him, I've already been enjoying the time to myself. I've been able to get so much more of my paper done with him out of the house, it's crazy. Also, it's been nice to not worry about having to make dinner for anyone other than myself....less dishes to stick in the dishwasher :) Now I just need to keep up the momentum for the rest of the weekend. I have a rather long to-do list to accomplish, but I think I can get through it all. Luckily, my 10-page paper that was supposed to be due tonight at 5pm, was extended to tomorrow evening instead so I don't have to crunch as much to get it done.
I just re-checked the weather forecast for Sandusky for this coming Tuesday and they've changed it from isolated thunderstorms to mostly sunny, yay! We've decided we'll play it by ear and if the weather is crappy, we'll just designate a weekend to head up to Cedar Point next month. I'm really excited to go, so I really hope the weather holds out for next week.
AF showed up yesturday afternoon as well. I'm actually not even bummed about it this month because I didn't want to have to miss out on the rollarcoasters at CP or all the drinking we're planning on doing at Put In Bay in early August with Mike's family. Plus, I've been too busy recently to even concentrate much on TTC and I know that if I would have found out I was PG this month, it would only make it even harder for me to concentrate on school and work right now. It's just another reason why I'm firmly believe that things always work out for the best.
