Hi!

My name is Kristen, and I'm hoping to start writing a regular blog. I haven't been so good with things like this in the past, but I want to get in the habit. I guess I might as well start with the basics.

My husband and I have been married for a little over 2 years (September 24!!!). We currently live out here in Virginia, but we're both Californians at heart. He's in the Navy, so we're hanging out here across the country for a while, but we'd both like to move back to NorCal when we get the chance. Sonoma County is beautiful, by the way - check it out if you ever get a chance. :) We're waiting for kids until he's out of the Navy and we're back around family; until then we're doing good with our sweet little furbaby, Giuseppe. He's a papillon/min. poodle mix, and he's the cutest, funniest little furball I've ever met. He's the one keeping me sane while Buddy (DH) is down in Mississippi with his ship.

Well, I just dropped Buddy off at the airport about an hour ago, so I'm going to go try and relax. I miss him already. :(
