Christmas Newsletter!

As we near our third Christmas as a married couple, I am actually putting together our first Christmas newsletter. It's something I've thought of doing every year but just never got around to. This year, it's happening.
One of tomorrow's tasks will be to print the newsletters, address them, and send everything out. I'll probably have to go to the post office to buy stamps, but at least that will remind me to send out the rebate for my phone and a birthday card for a friend that otherwise would probably get left until sometime late next week. I might have enough old stamps, but seriously - I still have 37 cent stamps. Remember those? Yeah, I don't want to clutter up our first newsletter with 3 mismatched stamps stuck all across the top. We'll go for something festive.
So anyways, I wasn't sure where to start for the newsletter, but it was actually really easy. I wanted to use some sort of template in Word, but there wasn't anything in there, so I searched for "free holiday newsletter template" and ended up on Microsoft's website. They apparently have a bunch of extra templates you can download for free. So not only do we have a newsletter, we have a cute one. :) And, no offense to her, but it will be MUCH more grammatically correct than my MIL's. She had tons of typos and actually put down that I'm majoring in early childhood education, which isn't exactly true. I love her, but she's not so big on details or reading over anything she types - wedding planning with her was... interesting. But that's another story for another day.
I haven't been able to talk to DH lately, which may have something to do with the lengthiness of this blog (can that be a word?). For anyone who made it this far, thanks! And Merry Christmas a little early. :o)
