I weighted myself today. I have been extremely lazy lately, drinking a lot of soda, and knew it wasn't going to be good. Last year when I cut out the soda and was working out I was at 152. Yes still heavy but I was loosing so that is all I cared about.

DH's exwifes son J is 4 years old. He is a very small 4 and looks in height and weight like he just turned 3 years old. So he was at football practice since his dad is assistant coach and he wanted to watch AJJ practice. J will start football next year
