We'll face unafraid, the plans that we've made...

Ugh.  I hate it when my internet goes down.  We are a TV-free household, but I do need something to zone out on and connect with the outside world.  I spend a lot of time on the internet, I admit.  That's especially more noticeable when I don't have a connection.  We've been out for three days.  Today I left work and started thinking: "OMG, how can certain people reach me if I don't check Myspace, hotmail, theknot, etc?"  Silly me.  Like I don't have a cellphone or something.  I was totally freaking out too.

So I'm back in internet land again.  Yay!  I've been assembling STD's and kinda, almost, maybe started writing our ceremony.  I spent a whole ten minutes breaking the ceremony down into manageable parts and hashing out my thoughts on each part.  Then I turned off the computer to play dominoes and drink beer.  No such thing in my life as all work and no play!

I checked out Season 1 of Law and Order from the library and have been watching that as I assemble the STD's.  It's from the 80's, so it's kinda funny.  It's so much easier to watch TV and do these chores, though.  Sometimes, I miss TV.  But I wouldn't have nearly as much time to Knot as I do now if I watched TV all the time.  Can't have too many bad habits, right.  I gotta draw the line somewhere.  No coffee, no TV.  Works for me.

I'm rambling.  This is what no Internet for 3 days does to me.

Oh, I also checked out the Bride's Guide to Wedding Music CD.  I was wondering if I'd regret not using the wedding march for my walk down the aisle.  No fear, I'm totally firm in my decision to use contempary music for our ceremony.  My eyes totally glazed over from listening to that classical music.  So not us.  Still haven't decided on our dance song yet.  I've been slowly going through different editions of "Winter Wonderland," looking for a song that doesn't use the line: "Are you married, we'll say no man, but you can do the job when you're in town."  I finally found one, but not sure if I like it.  I know they're out there though, so I'll keep looking!  My friend got in my car the other night and started cracking up, saying "Why the hell are you listening to Christmas music when it's March?"  Doesn't bother me.  I love Christmas music, and wouldn't mind listening to it all year. It actually puts me in a happy mood!

Alright, nothing new to report.  I'm going to catch up on all those blogs I've missed!
