We can't afford our neighborhood?
We can?t afford where we want to live -- what do we do?
Just because you can't afford a pad in the best section of town doesn?t mean you have to put your dreams of a house on hold. You may just have to broaden your definition of what a ?hot location? is. Look for a more modest home (yes, that means 2 bedrooms instead of 4) in an up-and-coming area. You?ll have to do some research to find out where that is exactly, but it?s out there -- and you?ll likely get more space for your buck.
