As a Realtor I wish more sellers understood this concept. There is nothing worse than showing my Buyers a potentially great match for them and opening the front door into the &amp;quot;Bat Cave&amp;quot;- you know what I mean- blinds closed, curtains drawn, no lights left on. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Light brings life and it makes a world of difference where it counts the most- in the minds of potential buyers.&lt;/p&gt;
