Windsor Falls Apartments

Any have any good/bad reports for this particular apartment community??

MH and I were really impressed with the leasing consultant and the fact that they had converted their tennis courts into a dog park!  And that is the major reason why we are really considering this apartment. 

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

Off of Old Wake Forest- behind the Plaza with Stein Mart...sorry still unfamiliar with streets and routes.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, my now husband lived there from Aug 2006 - Aug 2007 and someone was murdered in the building next door in broad daylight (you can google for details). He liked the promimity to a lot of things including his job at North Hills, but the area right around there is not the best. Now I think that murder was a fluke thing, the person was targetted but still not cool to come home after work and see your complex closed off with yellow tape. All in all they were pretty good about fixing things, he had an apt on 3rd floor so it was nice to have vaulted ceilings. I lived in an apt in RTP that i didnt feel all that safe at, but its just being aware of your surroundings.

Uh oh Surprise  well.... we may have to rethink that complex then... hmmm...

How about any of the area apt complexes near Millbrook Exchange Park or is that a "not so nice" side of Raleigh??

B/c we really love the dog park and want to live really close by it.

We live in Mission Millbrook which is off of W. Millbrook.  It's ok...we have a huge apartment for the price...it's a very diverse area, but generally I feel safe and people keep to themselves.  There are 2 pools and a small workout room.
