Gracie (kitty) = Dee Dee

No clue how we ever came up with this nickname for her but to this day we can't remember why but she's our Dee Dee and it has nothing to do with her name either.

Milo (kitty) = Mr. MyMy or MyMy...we just shorten his name or want to just him respect with the "MR"!

Well, I will start with Bella. She was our first. We called her a lot of names but the one that stuck was Tutes. It evolved from Tute Widdles *(baby talk for cute littles), which was something K called her.  She now answers to both Bella and Tutes. (and tutsie woo ).

Next came Cosmo, who had his name from his previous family. We shortened it to Mo. That was followed by a series of other names containing Mo. Like Mo Sizlack (simpsons), Mohinder (Heroes), Mozel, Quazi-mo-mo. But mostly we call him MoMo, Moey and Miggy Mo (or just Miggy) now. 

Eleni is either Lay-nee or EJ (usually pronounced like Eeege). 

We are much more creative with the pupper nicknames.  My parents pets where Uncle grumpy pants (aka chubby buddy), Chubby princess, girlfriend and Nono.  (Rocky, Kirby, Kahli, Noah).  Rocky and Kirby are no longer with us... I swear it had nothing to do with their chub. :o)

We call ej "E.J." because i dont like his firstname so it had to be a nickname. but his dad loves the name and its family. It just reminds me of a really mean kid from high school and I dont like it. His real name is edward joseph.

Xavier we call, Xavier or bubby. I dunno why.

Alec I call him lovebug. :) Just because its cute and I like it.

Matthew's nickname is "nugget."  This is because when he was little (about 3ish) he used to grab our heads, move them from side to side and sing a song that went "chicken nugg-et, chicken nugg-et..." ?!?!  Yeah, we have no idea why.  But we began calling him "chicken nugget" and then just "nugget" and it stuck! 

My cat's name is Pixie--and we call her Piggy because she wants t eat constantly. 

Kane, our doberman, we just call kaners or naners. 

Brinley, I usually call peaches.  I'm not really sure why--when I look at her that's just what comes out!

As a joke I sometimes call Calvin Cal-cal.  There is no reason.  But of course my DH and mom picked up on it (because they know I don't care for nicknames generally) and call him that often now.  LOL

Sydney is Syd. or Syd-poop, poop-scoop, Syd-sh!t, or ninnie.  Of course most of these harken back to the days before he was potty trained.

My son's name is Gregory.  I call him Greg or Greggy.  People look at me wierd when I call him Greggy  :)  I don't know how I came up with the name, it just came out of my mouth one day.

In school and in sports he will tell everyone to call him Gregory. 

Well, Angel our dog is usually Ang or Angelina

Addison is Beaner. This is a weird one, my BFF nicknamed her in the womb, calling her beaner and it caught on. My boss at work calls her Bean or Snapshot. haha Considering I am a photographer she is my little snapshot :)

"Kitty" started out as Blitz but then we found out she is a girl.  So Kitty stuck.  Ms. Kitty Cat is her full given name, though. lol

"Merlin" also goes by Mr. Man, Merley Burley (often sung to the tune of Woolly Bully lol), Mer Bers....  I think thats about it.  He's the most talkative (part siamese) so he gets talked to the most, I guess.

Delaney (the dog), Laney, Laney Baney Boobly Butt (Sigh, I'm such a dork).

That's all that's coming to mind.  I've been away from them all for a week now and I miiissss them!

Bug or Buggy 

 the fist TV show  he ever took interest in way back was Miss Spiders sunny patch friends.  for those of you that don't know it is about bugs.  so they refer to everyone as "everybuggy" Dh really got hooked on that and would even correct me for saying "where is everybody?" when I came home.  (He's nuts I know!) he started calling Adam Buggy it has been shortened to Bug and even  my parents and FIL call him Bug!

( sure beats AJ!  ; ) )

Our dog is named Sadie but we call her our little "pucker". We got her at 8 weeks old so the "pu" came from her being a puppy... the "ucker" comes from f*cker because she ruined many blankets, pillows, shoes, towels, my work cell phone, DH's cell phone and DH's glasses from chewing   Good thing she was so cute b/c neither DH or I could ever be mad at her... Anyway, she became our little "pucker" and the name has stuck lol.

4 legged kids nicknames: (all cats)

Zoe: B!tch cat because she is evil and will bite if you pet her for too long or move suddently, toots, tootsie.... I don't know why I started calling her the last 2

Buddy: Bud, Boo (not sure why), Boodro , El Boodro, Boo-Radley (after the 1 character in To Kill a Mockingbird?), the Vulture (because he sits in the kitchen while I cook waiting for something to fall or a handout and he will try to steal your food)

Abby: Abigail, Abs, or Peanut (because she is so tiny)

I'm late (cause I'm off today) but wanted to add my .02 cents:

 Rusty (first dog) was always "Rusty-Busty" 

Ginger (Second dog) was "Nan-ny" or "Suzg"  or "Sh!t heat" not sure why she took on these names.

Harley (first pug) was "Harley" or "Big Boy"

Tyson (second pug) has always been Tys or Tysie.  Since he's the only one left I tend to call him by everyone else nickname at some point

Gracie (third pug mix) was always "Grace" or Stinker for OBVIOUS reasons

Symber had the most nicknames "Nan-ny", "Chooch", "Mommy's Baby", "Lover", "Chica", "Me-Ha", she came when you called her any of these. 

 Baby is "Little Bear" (my dad's nickname is "bear"), Lucky, kiddo, Baby RS. 

ok, i'll start with the pets:

our first kitty, was Kitty.  he was often just kitty but also was shithead and bastard... he chewed electrical cords and shoes...  

our second kitty, was Emmy.  she was often emmy cat, sweet kitty, pretty kitty.  she was seriously the cutest cat ever and was so happy and lovable...

our third kitty, is Lucky, he was a used kitty and came with the name Lucious.  so we changed that to lucky, he often goes by Lux, Lucky ducky, and the kids call him ucky.

our fourth kitty, is Stinky.  we had planned to call him c.a.t. (pronounced cee-A-tee) but that never stuck... he did have a farting problem so Stinky did take.  although it started out as a nickname i suppose...  at the vet he's known as stinky...  LOL  as for nicknames, he goes by stinks, stinky stinks, and the kids call him tinky.

ok, moving on to kids:

Maxwell, goes by Max most of the time. Lots of folks call him Maximillion, i call him Mr, Max a lot and buddy. 

Andrew, goes by Andy most of the time.  i also call him Andy Pants, Stinky and stinker (hmmmm...) and little buddy.

I call my husband Mark-O b/c he complains his name is boring so myself along with my parents call him Mark-O and now his Mom picked up on it

My dog Brody- whoobie, saucy, Brody boy, Basa

My other dog Rudy- Doody, Roose,  Rudy Rudiger

and when I get their names mixed i call them Brudy 

Black cat Peanut-Newty, Pean, Peanie weanie

Orange cat Stewie- Mimi, Stewie burger, lover boy, Stewart Little, Puss in boots

I call Tessa "Bubba" quite often. It came from calling her baby girl which then morphed into bubby girl and then Bubba. We also call her pumpkin doodle, and I sometimes call her peaches, sweet pea, or puddin' pop.

I'm replying to this at 12:33 am because I drank so much soda and am loaded w/caffeine and just finished cleaning the bedroom.

DD I call her honey or stinky. Not sure why stinky because she never stinks.

DH I call him honey, majority of the time.

So when I say "Honey" here at home both of them answer me

Banjo I call him Lovee. No reason I just love him so much and he looks like a lovee. Tonight at the fireworks some lady called this little boby Lovee and I shot the look of hatred their way. DH looked at me and said "Did you copyright that name"?

Crosby is Croz, Crozer, Crosby Sue that morphed into Crosby Roo, then just Roo, now Roo Roo, Rooski, Rooski Roo, Beanie, Beaner, etc, etc.

Brooklyn, DH and I already refer to her as our little Brookie or Rookie and my parents have shortened it down to Brook when in quick reference.

Most of the time my cat Jack is called Jackalope.  Sometimes I just call him Jackal or Jackson. 

our cat Mei Lyng is either Mei, Mei-Mei or Walt calls her Baby Girl.

Noah has a lot - I call him "love" a lot of the time.  We also call him Noah-bear, buddy, sweet pete (this is what he says for Sweet Pea...and he says "I like it when you say "I love you sweet pete!"), bugaboo, bug - he gets  called by a lot of terms of endearment.

Gracie has a lot...Gracie Goosey (I have no idea why), Schmuffin, Muffin Head, Weasel (sometimes when she wakes up her beard is all smooshed & she looks like a weasel), Fluff Meister G, G-Unit (I think we're pushing her into a career as a rap artist with those last two names....)

Jake's full name is Jacob, but we almost always call him Jake.  Other nicknames are mostly terms of endearment...snugglebug, lovey, etc...  I also call him Munchkin & Little Man a lot.  When he was really little, we used to call him Senor Honkytonk because he made a lot of honking noises in his sleep (part of the reason he got shipped off to the crib at an early age)

I'm a little late here. No nicknames for the kitties, they just get Gatsby & Licorice.

Jackson gets Fudddoodle, Fudd or Doodle. 

The Fudd started because Steve thought he had the look of Elmer Fudd when he was first born with his big cheeks. From Fudd came Fuddoodle. Now he gets a combo of the three. Usually Fudd when Steve asks me something about the baby, Doodle or Fuddoodle when talking to him.

Kitties then Kid:

Hobbs- Hobbsy, Hobbsy-Wobbsy Woo, Princess, Sweet Girl, Nate calls her Hodd and my family calls her Snobby Hobbsy () but she's just shy!

Missy Moo- Moo, Moo Moo, The Moo, my mom calls her the kitty on crack.

Nittany- Nate calls her Ninny.  DH calls her Baby.  Mostly her name is pronounced NIT-nee. 

Polly- Polly Peanut, P, Bad One, Welcoming Committee

Nate- Nate Nate, Baby Nate, Natey Noo, Monkey, Handsome, DH calls him his Little Padawan Learner (from Star Wars).

Our pups have a bunch of nicknames. We're lucky they respond to their real names anymore:P Maceo is Mace, Mr Maceo, Mackeo, Bub, Bumeo, etc. Sidney is Sid, Sid the Kid, Sidney Lou, Lulu, Lou Bear, etc.

Jesse is Babe, Peanut, Buddy, Wild Man.  They are just names that came about through the years that suited him.  Peanut is from when he was really little between 2 and 3 and he was just our peanut.

Simon is Frank the Tank, Bubba, Chub-a-lub, Meat.  Simon is Frank the Tank.  He barrels through anything in his way, chest puffed out.  He's like an unstoppable force.  He's always been my Bubba since he was born even before he was such a chunker, but it still suits him.

We don't have any nicknames for our cat, Vedder (other than Ved). We call Carmella Mel, Mella, Mel Mel or Mella Bella.

We pretty much call Lanna by her full name or the standard terms of endearment (sweety, baby girl, etc.). We also call her Lanna Banana (or just Banana) or "Boobah" like the weird Teletubby-looking character (I'm not sure why that one).
