Hey I'm new to this posting thing...normally I just read the posts especially over at Money Matters. Anyways my family owns a 2/2 condo in the New Tampa area right off of I-75 and Bruce B. Downs and we're presently trying to rent it out/sell it. I used to live there because I attended USF (it's literally 15 minutes up the road) but since I've moved back to South FLA it has been vacant.
