Relocating to DE- housing needed

Hi there- hoping to network a bit. Used to hang out on the knot a lot and here only a little.

 

Hubby has a new job in Lewes, DE. We need housing for us and a cat for a reasonable price since I won't have a job for a bit until we get settled. 

Can anyone suggest anything in Milford, Lewes, Milton, that area that is reasonably priced for a 2 br apt or duplex or house?  Even a 1 br with a den would be fine.

 I'd be grateful. Also temporary housing for him if we have to wait a bit for the regular housing, suggestions for week to week would be welcome.

My SIL lives in Milton, DE and its a really cute town you may want to try there.  They wanted a house is Lewes, but they bought in Milton, because the prices were a lot more reasonable.  Its still close to the beach (15 minutes) and Milford (15-20 minutes).
