I think I've had a meeting there a long time ago. The building itself is old, so I don't know what the rooms would be like. But as far as area goes, it's not terrible. You're right by the highway and about 10 mins from So. Park area, which is a nice part of town. There is a Wingate Hotel diagonally across the street from there. The building is newer which might mean nicer rooms, but not sure of the rates.
