New Bride in Charlottesville, VA

Hi! I just got married in August and moved here with my husband to Charlottesville. I'm a little lonely here since I don't know anyone or anything here. I'd like to find some other new brides that are interested in scrapbooking, or cooking, and things like that. I'm not sure how The Nest works but any info on things going on here would be great! Thanks!

Thanks! I'm really new to this whole thing with the posts and all but its exciting at the same time! Every time I read other blogs or posts I have to keep checking back to the glossary to see what all the abbreviations mean! But I'm enjoying it just the same!

Congratulations. I'm a relatively new bride myself ( August). I rarely check this board thought. I'm from Harrisonburg which is about an hour from C-ville but am over there for football games and other sports things with my husband quite frequently.
